- κ light chains deposit in the glomerular capillary and mesangium (to produce nephrotic syndrome), tubular basement membrane, and Bowman's capsule
- Not fibrillar and do not stain with Congo red, detected with anti-light–chain antibody using immunofluorescence, or as granular deposits along the glomerular capillary (causing nephrotic syndrome) and mesangium, tubular basement membrane, and Bowman's capsule
- Nodular glomerulosclerosis (33%)
- Tubular abnormalities
- κ light chains deposit in the glomerular capillary and mesangium (to produce nephrotic syndrome), tubular basement membrane, and Bowman's capsule
- Poor prognosis esp. if Multiple myeloma
- Treatment (for underlying dis.)
