  • Malignant hypertension

    • Fibrinoid necrosis of small blood vessels (arterioles and glomeruli), thrombotic microangiography, aGN, ARF
  • Hypertensive emergency
    • Renal failure, chest pain, papilledema
• Treatment
  • Keep BP<130/80 mmHg
  • ACEI or ARB
  • Diuretics
