類似 Windows 作業系統「開始」功能表的程式，通常直接放在外接式儲存裝置的根目錄，能夠幫助你快速啟動外接式儲存裝置上的各種可攜式軟體。列表中的兩個軟體都可以自動掃描儲存裝置並新增軟體捷征至選單上。

• PStart：使用者可以控制的部分比較多，可以自行增刪捷徑、群組與資料夾，也可以調整選單配置或修改捷徑細節。
  
• PortableApps Menu：比較簡單，不需任何設定即可以使用。每次啟動時就把搜尋到的軟體列出來，使用者沒有太多自行調整的空間。
