-The information equipment with the property license plate of our school is not within the scope of maintenance unless it belongs to our school. However, Jiujiu Information also provides valuation and maintenance services or sales of various parts and components.+

-2.軟硬體維護內容(Software and hardware maintenance content):+

-未過保固期，由原得標廠商負責。已過保固期，由九久資訊有限公司負責，維修費用由各科室經費支出。 +

-If the warranty period has not expired, the original winning bidder is responsible. The warranty period has expired, and Jiujiu Information Co., Ltd. is responsible for the maintenance cost.+

-上午12:00前叫修，須於當日到達或電聯瞭解問題，下午1:30後叫修，須於隔日上午12:00前抵達現場或電聯瞭解問題。 +

-If you call for repair before 12:00 in the morning, you must arrive on the same day or contact the telephone to understand the problem. If you call for repair after 1:30 in the afternoon, you must arrive at the site or contact the telephone to understand the problem before 12:00 am the next day.+

-5.檢測費或安裝服務費(Testing fee or installation service fee):+

-硬體問題報修須送回原廠檢測時，維護合約得標廠商需自行吸收檢測費用或安裝服務費，不得再向本校任何單位收取。+

-When the repair of the hardware problem must be sent back to the original factory for inspection, the winning bidder of the maintenance contract must absorb the inspection fee or installation service fee by itself, and shall not charge it to any unit in the school.+

-6.1 資訊設備如有故障時，因維護合約可免收檢測費或安裝服務費，可優先考慮本校個人電腦維護委外合約得標廠商。+

-If the information equipment is faulty, the inspection fee or installation service fee can be waived due to the maintenance contract, and priority can be given to the company that wins the contract for the personal computer maintenance of the school+

-6.2 若資訊設備於急用情形故障時，可先致電數位資源組(分機2184轉60、61、62、63)先行維護或判斷，或直接電聯九久資訊羅先生;亦可於資訊系統首頁>>T.教職員資訊系統>>T.0.00.資訊問題反應及資訊需求填寫反應單。+

-If Jiujiu Information Co., Ltd. fails to solve the problem within the maintenance time or has exceeded the maintenance time agreed by both parties，you can call Extension 2184 to 60, 61, 62, 63 .+
