一、 作者簡介
作者Hackers Academia致力於英語相關檢定的教學以及其相關的考試準備和訓練，目標為帶領韓國考生考取各類相關的英文檢定考試的高分，希望達到總體平均成績超越中國、台灣及日本的目標。

二、 本書介紹
自從2008年開始台灣的多益測驗已變成新制的測驗，在新制的聽力測驗方面，照片描述題減少、對話及獨白增長，同時融入了多國的發音，如：英、美、澳、加等國家的發音而在閱讀測驗方面，單句填空題仍保留，但在改錯的題型已經刪除，另外還有新增短文填空題型，為了加強文章理解的比重，除了單篇文章理解之外，另外還有雙篇文章理解的題型。
在聽力測驗方面，以前的考生比較能掌握照片描述題，但是這方面的題數已經被減少，而較難回答的對話及獨白題增加，而且各國的發音皆納入題型中，所以新多益聽力測驗比舊制的更具挑戰性，考生們需要下更多的工夫才能掌握方向。 而閱讀的部份，台灣的英語教育較為重視聽的部份，而總是忽視了閱讀的重要性，導致考生閱讀測驗的表現不如聽力，而且多數的考生在考試時可能遭遇寫不完的情況，因此，掌握閱讀測驗才是新制多益檢定測驗考的關鍵。
